Cancellations

all cancellations must be submitted in writing. Date of arrival of the cancellation notice at the office of Holiday Shuttle Incoming GmbH & Co.KG will be used for calculating the cancellation fees.

CANCELLATION FEES:

 

  • up to 8 weeks before start of journey                no charge
     
  • up to 4 weeks before start of journey                50 % of total costs
     
  • 4 weeks or less                                                     90 % of total costs

Shortening of duration of stay counts as part-cancellation.

Reduction of group PAX numbers under 10%:

  • no charge


Reduction of group PAX numbers over 10%:

  • up to 3weeks before start of journey                      no charge
  • up to 1 weeks before start of journey                     50 % of total costs
  • 1 week or less                                                          100 % of total costs


Rooming list:

  • 2 weeks before start of journey


Payment:

  • 30% deposit immediately after receiving our pro forma invoice final payment no later than 1 week before groups arrival

For all other terms and conditions the ARB 1992 General Travel Conditions of the Association of Austria Tour Operators apply as amended in the supplementary bill to the BGBl. 247/3 Consumer Protection Act.
